委託設計 Commissioning the design工地丈量拍照，空間需求調查，空間式樣確認。
Pictures will be taken in situ after previous inspection; we will carry out an investigation of what the space needs,and will then proceed to confirm the style required.
設計概念 Concept of design提出平面設計方案,提出風格概念示意圖,提出設計合約書。
we will propose a graphic design, the style concept schematic diagram, as well as the design contract.
平面定案 Graphic final version提出工程預算書,簽訂設計合約。
we will present a budget proposal for the project, and then we will proceed to signing the contract.
設計規劃 Design planning3D MAX透視圖提案檢討。
3D MAX perspective proposal review.
細部設計 Detailed design立面設計,照明空調弱電及地坪等系統規劃圖檢討,色彩及廚具計畫。
longitudinal section design, planning review of flooring, illumination, air conditioning, light-current system, coloring and kitchen planning.
設備規劃 Equipment planning材料與衛浴廚具空調設備圖確認,相關設備選樣提案。
longitudinal section detailed plan, confirmation of materials, bathroom, kitchen utensils and air conditioning equipment, proposal of related equipment.
設計圖集 Design atlas訂定設計施工圖冊,訂定建材及設備表,色彩計畫表。

工程提案 Project proposal訂定總工程預算書,提出工程合約書。
the total budget is set and a contract is presented.
定案施工 Final version of the contract and construction簽訂工程合約書,工程進度表擬訂,開工日安排。
the final project contract is signed, a tentative schedule is prepared and the day when the works will officially begin is set.
家具提案 Furniture提出家具建議書

完工交屋 Housing project completion一年保固,無限期保修
